Initial Consultation

The first session will be an introduction session to help us get to know each other a little more.
Early stages of therapy may require pre-therapy tools, assessments, and safety plans depending on your current circumstances and individual needs.

Fees

£65 per session or 6 block sessions for £370.
Sessions last for 50 minutes

Monday-Friday (11am-5pm)
